| Job title: ServiceNow Admin (10 plus) Location: Richmond, Plano, McLean (prefer Richmond or Plano) - (Need local candidates only) Duration: ~12 months w/ intent to extend Job Description: Capital One Enterprise ServiceNow team is seeking two Sr. ServiceNow Administrator who can holistically manage and support the ServiceNow platforms across the Capital One Enterprise. This is a large-scale environment and will require candidates to take on all administrative tasks related to ServiceNow from adding new plug-ins to servicing the AWS environment and applications that are being run on and through the platform. Must-Have: ServiceNow Platform Administrator (5-6 yrs minimum) Experience holistically managing the ServiceNow Platform which includes (adding new plug-ins, basic maintenance, integrating new applications, and maintaining the AWS infrastructure the platform runs on. AWS > EC2, Rehydrations, ES3 CI/CD pipelines > Jenkins Cloud AWS/ DevOps Nice to Have: Windows/Linux > used for supporting our infrastructure. Certifications: (note required but preferred) ServiceNow Platform Administrator with ServiceNow Administration Certified Challenges with resumes and interviews: Candidates lack hands-on knowledge though the resume shows that they have it.
