This is a large-scale environment and will require candidates to take on all administrative tasks related to ServiceNow from adding new plug-ins to servicing the AWS environment and applications that are being run on and through the platform. Must-Have: ServiceNow Platform Administrator (5-6 years minimum) Experience holistically managing the ServiceNow Platform which includes (adding new plug-ins, basic maintenance, integrating new applications, and maintaining the AWS infrastructure the platform runs on. AWS > EC2, Rehydrations, ES3 CI/CD pipelines > Jenkins Cloud AWS/ DevOps Nice to Have: Windows/Linux > used for supporting our infrastructure. Certifications: (note required but preferred) ServiceNow Platform Administrator with ServiceNow Administration Certified Challenges with resumes and interviews: Candidates lack hands-on knowledge though the resume shows that they have it.
