As a Middleware Engineer, this engineer will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business and technology by ensuring the seamless integration of middleware technologies. Expertise will be pivotal in enabling efficient communication between various systems and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Middleware Expertise: Apply your in-depth knowledge of current and emerging middleware technologies and best practices to optimize system integration. Strategic Thinking: Utilize your analytical and strategic thinking skills to plan and execute middleware solutions that align with project objectives. Java Development: Leverage your excellent experience with Java/JEE development to implement middleware solutions. Integration Knowledge: Apply strong expertise in RESTful services, SOAP services, WSDL, XML, XSD, XSLT, and XPath. MQ Management: Utilize your strong knowledge of MQ Queues, channels, and MQ attributes to manage message queuing systems effectively. Security: Work with certificates (SSL), public/private keys to ensure secure data transmission. Tools Proficiency: Demonstrate strong experience with tools like Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Confluence, IBM Integration Bus (IIB), APP Connect Enterprise (ACE), Toolkit, IBM MQ Explorer, and Oracle SQL Developer. ESQL Development: Utilize your expertise in IBM's JAVA-based Extended Structured Query Language (ESQL) and development tools like IBM Integration Toolkit. Integration Technologies: Familiarity with Oracle Business Process Management (OBPM), IBM DataPower, IBM WebSphere Message Broker, and other integration technologies is a plus. Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in middleware engineering. Proficiency in Java/JEE development. Extensive knowledge of middleware technologies and integration. Experience with relevant tools and platforms.
