JOB DESCRIPTION: JOB TITLE: Sr. PeopleSoft Functional/Technical Lead LOCATION: Austin, Texas-HYBRID (NEED LOCAL CANDIDATE ONLY) WORK VISA: Any except H1B, CPT,OPT Must have Supervisor References from the last 3 positions with contact info (email & phone) Need 8+ years of experience candidate, (PeopleTools PeopleCode, SQR, PeopleSoft, HRMS Pension Payroll ) JOB DESCRIPTION We are currently searching for a Sr. PeopleSoft Functional/Technical Lead for a long-term opportunity with our client in Austin, Tx. The ideal candidate should have experience on data cleansing projects prior to a conversion, has been a hands-on project team lead, and have substantial experience as a functional resource in Benefits Administration, Payroll, or Pension Administration modules. Qualifications: 5+ years- Demonstrated current hands-on functional experience in one or more of the following PeopleSoft modules: HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Payroll 3+ years- Demonstrated experience performing User Acceptance Testing in support of one of the following PeopleSoft modules: (HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Payroll) 8+ Complete understanding of technical aspects of the PeopleSoft application 5+ Past experience as a developer in one or more of the following PeopleSoft modules: HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Payroll 5+ years- Demonstrated experience ensuring data integrity and cleanliness of data including: Design and development activities around ensuring that data is properly stored at the time it is saved; clean-up of data that has been identified as being inaccurate Design and development activities around cleansing of data while ensuring referential integrity is intact 5+ years- Strong PeopleTools skills, including Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, and SQR 5+ years Strong SQL skills, ability to write and execute advanced SQL (preferably Oracle) 2+ years- Familiarity with the integration of PeopleSoft HRMS and 5+ years- Ability to think strategically for planning pre-conversion data cleansing tasks and lead / instruct 3 to 4 PeopleSoft developers to complete the cleansing activities Thanks & Regards: GAURAV VISHWAKARMA IT Recruiter (Sibitalent Corp) Office 101 E.
