If you are interested, then Kindly share your resume at Office :732-452-1006 : ext 574 Email: [email protected] Role: ServiceNow SAMPro Developer Location: Remote Hire Type: Contract Job Description: Atleast 5 years of ServiceNow experience and on full cycle implementation of ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM including SAM Pro. Manage and monitor the IT Asset Repository for Software Assets. Track and capture any change on Software Assets (deployment, lost or stolen etc.) in the IT Asset Repository. Validate periodically The IT Asset Repository data accuracy and investigate discrepancies. Check the IT Asset Repository to determine whether existing Software can be re-used to fulfill a Request. Update the IT Asset Repository ticket (request, incident, change ticket etc.) with Asset status (assigned, procured, deployed etc.) Determine capability to inventory Software Assets. Help define alternative procedures if Software cannot be inventoried with current toolsets. Assess the impact of any major change on the Software Assets and discuss findings with appropriate stakeholders. Define how Software harvesting should be performed and track the harvested Assets in the IT Asset Repository. Coordinate Software disposal. Technical Expertise: Strong capability to perform: Update/close RITM for software requests. Evaluate if license is available by checking stock status. Entitlement process/License Assignment. Review and reconcile license compliance report. Investigate non-compliance and provide resolution. Validate software license creation. Create/Update Software Models/Create Standard Catalog/ Create Software Catalog entries . Receive PO Release and Invoice and perform 3-way match. Validate software discovery. Work with Platform Team to troubleshoot software discovery issues. Provide Software Inventory and license compliance-related reports. Update/maintain ITAM repository for accurate inventory count resulting from the SAM processes. Evaluate License Usage and harvest unused licenses. Understand software licenses product use rights. Knowledge of Catalogs. Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows. Flexera Data Platform.
