Job Description:-

The SAP WM/MM Analyst - Forecast to Stock Candidate MUST HAVE the following experience.

3PL/Copackers Remediation

Functional knowledge of Forecast to Stock processes with concentration in SAP MM/WM modules

The ability to debug ABAP is a plus.

The SAP Forecast to Stock Analyst is a key role responsible for optimizing inventory management and supply chain efficiency through
accurate forecasting and effective stock analysis. This position involves leveraging SAP's forecasting and stock management modules to ensure that the right products are available in the right quantities at the right time to meet customer demand while minimizing
excess inventory and associated costs. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including demand planning, procurement, logistics, and sales, to achieve the company's inventory goals and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities:

Forecasting and Demand Planning:

Utilize SAP's forecasting tools and historical data to generate accurate demand forecasts for various
products and product categories.

Monitor and analyze demand patterns, market trends, and external factors that may impact sales and inventory
levels.

Collaborate with demand planning teams to align forecasts with business goals and promotional activities.

Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels and replenishment processes within SAP to optimize stock levels and reduce
stockouts or excess inventory.

Identify slow-moving and obsolete inventory and work with relevant teams to address the issue promptly.

Implement and maintain inventory control measures to improve stock accuracy and reduce carrying costs.

Supply Chain Collaboration:

Collaborate with procurement and sourcing teams to ensure timely procurement of goods to support the
forecasted demand.

Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize transportation and distribution of inventory across the
supply chain.

Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams to provide updates on inventory status and address
any supply chain constraints.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generate regular reports and KPI dashboards using SAP and other analytical tools to track inventory
performance, forecast accuracy, and other relevant metrics.

Analyze data to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for process improvement.

SAP System Management:

Maintain and update relevant master data within SAP, such as material master, stock levels, and safety
stock settings.

Provide support for SAP-related issues and work with IT teams for system enhancements and upgrades.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in inventory management, demand planning, or supply chain analysis,
preferably in a SAP environment.

Must have 3PL Experience.

Must have experience with debugging ABAP.

Proficiency in using SAP's Forecasting, Materials Management (MM), and Warehouse Management (WM) modules.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, trends, and statistical information.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.

Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of supply chain best practices and inventory optimization techniques.

Familiarity with forecasting methodologies and demand planning concepts.

Problem-solving mindset and a continuous improvement orientation.
