As a Software Engineer II at JPMorgan Chase within the IAM Data Services Business Intelligence, you are part of an agile team that works to enhance, design, and deliver the software components of the firms state-of-the-art technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. As an emerging member of a software engineering team, you execute software solutions through the design, development, and technical troubleshooting of multiple components within a technical product, application, or system, while gaining the skills and experience needed to grow within your role. Job responsibilities Participates in the execution of standard software solutions, design, coding, development, and technical troubleshooting Applies knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain to improve the value realized by automation Participate in initiatives and projects across the BI data, analytics and reporting space Gathers, analyzes, and draws conclusions from large, diverse data sets to identify problems and contribute to decision-making in service of secure, stable application development Producing Data Analytics for the organization, including deriving insights and providing visualizations Learns and applies system processes, methodologies, and skills for the development of secure, stable code and systems Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 2+ years applied experience Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability Exposure with modern business intelligence tools such as Tableau Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to recognize the issues and recommend a solution Exposure to agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Applicant Resiliency, and Security Emerging knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud) Proven ability to understand the clients requirements and deliver a product that will help them meet their objectives Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Exposure with modern business intelligence tools such as Amazon QuickSight, Adobe Analytics, QlikView / Qlik Sense or similar Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with Python and database querying languages such as R JavaScript, and HTML experience a plus Able to learn new BI technologies as required Intermediate to advanced data manipulation and cleansing techniques Intermediate to advanced SQL skills Exposure to artificial intelligence, machine learning and data science concepts Kind Regards, Simran Rathol| Sr. Recruiter Email: Simran@urbench.com Keywords: continuous integration continuous deployment business intelligence rlang https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=635380&uid= |
