From technical standpoint need strong in Data Science/Data Architecture/Data Analytics understand, collect, analyze & prioritize data and facilitate for FDA admissions/approval process. Someone who has spent 7 + yrs in Pharma/Life Science, worked as a Business/Principal Architect. Understands business goals, apply data science to create customer insights. What You'll Do This individual will be responsible for leading a high-performing Business Insights team, with a focus on utilizing data-driven techniques to analyze business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support decision-making for our customers, our Network, and our business. As a key leader of the D&A team, you will be at the helm of uniting teams from various legal entities within our organization, elevating our decision intelligence and capabilities. Your responsibilities will encompass crafting a forward-thinking strategy to redefine our current business insight delivery methods and implementing advanced statistical techniques to glean valuable insights for our clients. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing a large, cross-functional, complex workforce supporting a broad product portfolio. This role involves leading other leaders; hence, your ability to cast a compelling vision for the future and inspire your team is critical. Partner closely with business stakeholders and enable team members to identify and scope problems, opportunities, and objectives that can be addressed using data-driven approaches. Lead exploratory data analysis (EDA) to gain a better understanding of the data, identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, and generate hypothesis for further investigation. Apply various statistical techniques and methods to analyze data, such as descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, correlation analysis, regression analysis, or time series analysis, to uncover insights and relationships between variables. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure business performance, identify areas for improvement, and monitor the impact of changes or initiatives. Present data-driven recommendations to business stakeholders, helping them to make informed decisions and improve operations, products, or services. Identify, quantify, and provide contextual narrative to support financial risk and opportunities. Effectively communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, using clear language and compelling visualizations. Stay current with the latest development in business analytics, data analysis, and visualization techniques to drive innovation and ensure that the teams methodologies remain cutting edge. Additional Leadership Duties: Build and lead a high-performing team of Business Insights professionals. Collaborate with executive leadership to execute vision for Business Insights team, aligning with overall business strategy. Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making, and continuously drive improvements in business intelligence and analytics. Develop and maintain strategic external partnerships to leverage industry trends and innovations in business intelligence. Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection laws and regulations.
