Work closely with SAP basis team to execute the Solution Design . Review the current methods, tools & processes being used for execution and guide the team to align on best practices . Lead Knowledge Transfer sessions to prepare Newmont support resources for production support . Mandatory Skills : 15+ yrs. of experience dealing with various SAP systems, S/4 HANA and understanding of the S4HANA landscape . Experience in ECC to SH4 HANA Upgrade using classical approach, Near Zero Downtime and Zero Downtime . Should have worked in any S/4 HANA version/ systems and SAP S/4 upgrades experience is a must . Highly proficient in the SAP S/4HANA Technology areas: non-functional requirements, solutioning, technology architecture, infrastructure . Experience on working with SAP on the performance issues, Coordinate with SAP and customer. Expert level SAP Basis experience, extensive experience as an SAP S4 HANA Basis Administrator which includes installing, upgrading, system copies, monitoring, troubleshooting the systems with and without using solution manager system in each environment . Performed SAP System upgrades, OS/DB migrations, Kernel upgrades, installed support package using SAINT and SUM along with OSS notes implementation .
