PROJECT Staff augmentation to support team with production support during period of high project activity DEPARTMENT: Newmont- Newcrest System Acquisition EC consolidation JOB DETAILS Newmont is currently seeking a SAP Payroll and Time Business Solution Specialist for SAP HR S/4 HANA and SAP SF Employee Central Payroll system for Acquisition & Merger. Job Duties: SAP Payroll system (SAP S/4HANA Payroll System) and SAP EC Payroll: Design solution for merging Payroll for multiple countries into one SAP system and HRSPs, upgrades. Responsible for Solution design for Payroll and Time Management System. Responsible to create design document, business requirement and IT requirements for continuous payroll processing. Define requirements and propose (demo) solution in accordance to SAP best practice. Design and Merge Global Mobility Payroll & Time solution. Contribute on Cutover plan, advice & provide guidance for Conversion, testing and Payroll parallel. Own and Contribute creation of detail project plan for execution by team. Define Acceptance criteria for every requirement. Create Data flow diagrams and to end sequence of activity for merging payroll for a country. Propose efficiency in Payroll Process with PROS and CONS to stakeholders. Document Design and Technical document of design solution. Knowledge Transfer is to team members to implement solution as designed. Collaborate with HR, Testing, Technical team for integration and documentation. Contribute on calls that will be schedule with third party vendor. Determine Scope of End to End Testing (UT, SIT, Payroll Parallel, Dry Runs and UAT) and Create a Testing Strategy. Data Conversion and Migration strategy for Payroll & Time. Drive UAT & Payroll Parallel business sign-off. Partner with Business and IT to follow Newmont and Country Standards, Policies and Legislation. Partner with other Business and IT areas to satisfy integration requirements for Payroll. Following project methodology (agile or hybrid) using Newmonts project management tools. Follow Newmonts IT operating model and best practices to deliver payroll solutions. Open Items from Hyper Care are transition to regular IT support team with proposed solution and plan. Mandatory Skills: 20+ years of experience as SAP Payroll & Time implementation and Support 10+ Years of Payroll Solution Architect experience. 6+ full Payroll Implementations in the SAP Payroll solution. 5+ full Time Implementation in SAP S/4 Hana with CATS (Positive & Negative time) 2+ full Implementation experience with SAP SF Employee Central. Experience with System Upgrade and Acquisition & Merger of SAP Systems. 1 Project with System Landscape Optimization experience. UKG Dimensions Experience.
