Needed: Devops background Ansible, python (or go) Terraform AWS Work with Business, product, architect/design, development & testing teams to understand the architecture, technology stack, design patterns, frameworks & goals. Well versed with different Performance Automation frameworks such as LoadRunner/ Performance Center, JMeter or any framework supporting eyes on glass etc., Proficiency in at least one programming language in Java/JavaScript/Python/Golang. Establish continuous production performance monitoring and bring in transparency with right visualization across user experience, platform performance and conduct daily readouts for leadership team. Be an evangelist for performance & site reliability engineering domain to continuously improve toolsets, best practices, post-mortem process, and visualizations. Design effective performance & resiliency scenario/ use cases against each feature group/ product development/ Application stack/ Platform Perform root cause analysis of performance issues, suggest corrective actions and drive discussion on optimal solution. Able to design robust performance engineering strategies to validate performance impact on individual page/ API, application as well as at complex platform level.
