Review the current methods, tools & processes being used for execution and guide the team to align on best practices Lead Knowledge Transfer sessions to prepare Newmont support resources for production support Mandatory Skills: 15+ yrs. of experience dealing with various SAP systems, S/4 HANA and understanding of the S4HANA landscape Experience in ECC to SH4 HANA Upgrade using classical approach, Near Zero Downtime and Zero Downtime Should have worked in any S/4 HANA version/ systems and SAP S/4 upgrades experience is a must Highly proficient in the SAP S/4HANA Technology areas: non-functional requirements, solutioning, technology architecture, infrastructure Experience on working with SAP on the performance issues, Coordinate with SAP and customer.
