The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of infrastructure technologies, cloud services, security protocols, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget. Develop comprehensive project plans, including objectives, tasks, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Infrastructure and Cloud Management: Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions that align with the organization's goals. Oversee the migration of on-premises systems to cloud platforms, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance. Security Enhancement: Work closely with the security team to identify vulnerabilities and define security requirements for projects. Ensure the implementation of robust security measures, compliance with industry standards, and protection of sensitive data. Reporting and Communication: Establish clear communication channels with stakeholders and team members to provide regular project updates and address concerns. Develop and distribute project status reports, highlighting key metrics, accomplishments, and potential risks. Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to maximize project efficiency and meet project objectives. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the availability of necessary resources. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation plans. Monitor project risks and proactively address challenges to prevent delays or budget overruns. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed established standards. Conduct thorough testing and validation before project completion. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred). Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus. Proven experience (10 years) in project management, specifically within infrastructure, cloud migration, security, and reporting projects. Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and security best practices. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams. Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Solid problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to security and data privacy.
