As a React Native Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications using React Native framework. Your expertise will play a critical role in shaping the architectural decisions and ensuring the success of our mobile projects. Responsibilities: - Lead the architectural design and development of mobile applications using React Native framework. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to define project requirements and provide technical guidance. - Design and implement efficient and reusable components and modules to ensure a smooth development workflow. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the React Native ecosystem and propose new solutions or improvements to existing systems. - Identify and address performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and architectural challenges. - Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and fostering their growth within the team. - Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless communication between the mobile application and server-side systems. - Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives. - Monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring smooth user experiences across various devices and platforms. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience as a React Native developer, with a strong portfolio of successful mobile applications. - In-depth knowledge of React Native framework, including its core principles, architecture, and ecosystem. - Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and ES6+ syntax. - Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX. - Proficient in building responsive user interfaces using Flexbox and CSS-in-JS solutions. - Knowledge of mobile app testing frameworks and strategies, such as Jest or Detox. - Familiarity with integrating third-party libraries and APIs into React Native projects. - Experience with performance optimization techniques and debugging tools for mobile applications. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work within a cross-functional team. - Proven ability to lead and mentor junior developers. - Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software.
