Understand the key measurements where things are going well and not well. o Work with the QA team o Would want more of automation testing background. o Deployment experience o MS office proficient Job Summary: Project Manager with expertise in testing and system deployment Responsibilities: -Role is a blend of a test manager and project manager -Develop, review, and evaluate test strategy and planning - adjusting as needed to changing risks, shifting priorities, and schedules -Primary point of contact for testing -Oversee all aspects of testing - test scripts, test plans, etc are written, execute timely, and results are reviewed with project Teams -Coordinate resources. -Partner with Digital Technology, Quality Assurance, SMEs, and 3rd party to enhance testing processes and manage testing cycles covering SIT, ETE, performance, regression, UAT, etc. -Develop testing schedule and set deadlines to ensure testing completed as planned -Gather, interpret, and present testing metrics -Track deliverables and create/update documentation in Teams -Plan and execute deployment planning -Identify and manage dependencies and critical path tasks -Proactively manage risks, issues, and conflicts -Perform other related duties as assigned Qualification: -Strong background in software testing management with at least 8 years of experience as a Test Manager and 6 years as project manager -Knowledge and experience in test automation/test automation tools -Strong understanding of quality metrics and excellent reporting skills -Attention to detail with strong written, verbal, and problem-solving skills -Excellent organizational and time management skills -Proven ability in building effective partnerships with diverse groups in multiple locations/environments - Degree in Business Management or other related discipline -Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without any sponsorship -Hybrid - remote and on-site at Arlington Heights office/Willis Keywords: quality analyst microsoft Illinois http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=636814&uid= |
