Job Title: BI Specialist with salesforce Location: Remote Duration: 6+ MONTHS Visa Type: No H1 Job Description:- Job Overview Our client is in the final stages of a large and comprehensive Salesforce rollout and integration project. One of the remaining key tasks is to implement sophisticated reporting and dashboards, which will play an integral role for their marketing and sales leaders in managing teams and programs. These tools will also be used for regular updates to the Board and PE firm investors. Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce contractor with a strong background in Business Intelligence for this critical role. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with our client to finalize the Salesforce reporting and dashboards, an essential component in their ongoing rollout project. - Design, build, and manage custom Salesforce reports and dashboards, incorporating custom objects and data from third-party applications such as HubSpot, Gong, Xactly, and home-grown order processing systems. - Use expertise in the language and business models of sales and marketing to guide the design and iteration of reports and dashboards. - Advise our client on the potential need for additional reporting tools like Tableau or CRM Analytics to meet their objectives. - Engage closely with marketing and sales leaders to identify KPIs and other dashboard metrics. - Ensure excellent communication with all stakeholders, including regular updates to the Board and PE firm investors. Candidate Requirements - Strong background in Business Intelligence. - Extensive experience with Salesforce integrations, particularly in the sales and marketing space. - Experience building a data warehouse with Salesforce data is highly desirable. - Must possess strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
