Hands on experience in xml, xslt, EIB, core connector, CCB ,PICOF, Studio tools, webservices Good functional knowledge on Core HCM concepts Ability to build and maintain credibility by knowing the business and aligning HR systems support to the priorities of the business. Should have very good experience of requirement gathering, building, testing of workday integrations for large customers Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Experience Required Experience with creating and scheduling integrations and reports. Development and application configuration for Workday HCM. Roles & Responsibilities Primarily focused on integration development and enhancements. Perform hands-on development of various inbound and outbound interfaces on a new implementation for Workday using EIB and connections Troubleshoot integration issues requiring in-depth expertise with all aspects of Workday, including functional if required. Serves as the go-to person for Workday HCM system integration, reporting and data needs. Performs other integration and support duties as assigned. Good experience on the usage of Web services in Connector/EIB/Payroll integrations. Good experience on using workday studio Good experience on using Solution and Object Transporters for migrations. Should have experience in Security groups and maintain job- based security group, role- based security and design security documents for technical team. Experience in end to end creation of Staffing models and compensation and configuring the business process as per requirement.
