Role: Test Lead Location: Fort Worth, TX Onsite day1 Duration: Long-Term Main skills: Java, Selenium Cucumber REST API Onshore and Offshore coordination DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Test Lead with Strong experience in Testing, test Automation, Test strategy and planning Driving effective client communication, escalation management Leading teams to bring out their best performance through mentoring, guiding, and demonstrating Experience of setting up reusable automation tools for large portfolios Experience in comparative analysis of testing tools, evaluating the tools based on requirements Ability to plan & perform POCs based on requirements DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Sound understanding and working experience of testing methodologies (BDD, TDD, ATDD) Strong experience of working in Agile & Enterprise Agile frameworks Strong experience in setting up mature automation frameworks to fulfill specific client requirements. This covers UI, API & E2E test automation. Strong understanding of Performance testing & monitoring principles. Experience with JMeter (preferred) or any other performance testing tools Experience and conceptual understanding of Continuous Testing & In-Sprint automation methodologies Experience and understanding of key testing metrics and ways to improve them Sound understanding of test data management tools & techniques Excellent understanding and at least 3-4 years experience on Containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) Strong hands-on experience with Core Java, Selenium, REST-Assured, Cucumber, TestNG, JUnit, Maven/Gradle, Selenium Grid, Allure Reports Technical leadership Contributing to Open Source, publishing articles, presenting in conferences. Candidates with demonstrated contribution will be preferred. |
