Roles & Responsibilities Develop, test and maintain catalog items and flows. 2+ years of RESTful or SOAP web services Configuring and maintaining a customized portal. Code ServiceNow solutions within an Agile Framework In depth knowledge on business rules, Script includes, Catalog Client Scripts , UI policy. Building and maintaining reports. Further your career with paid certification paths to make your mark at one of the largest ServiceNow instances in the industry. Performing configuration and customization including, but not limited to workflow/flow administration, Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements. One or more of the following ServiceNow certifications: (CSA) Certified Systems Administrator, (CIS) Certified Implementation Specialist, or (CAD) Certified Application Developer Design, develop, and configure for the ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules. Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures Generic Managerial Skills Keep all stakeholders up to date on the progress.
