Understand and apply records management principles/rules based on individual customer requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to create consistent user-friendly design and implementation approach. Apply user UI/UX best practices to ensure 508 compliances, adherence to VDH design standards and provide a seamless user experience. Understand and troubleshoot security issues, customer questions and other inquiries as needed. Understand and apply VDH approved standards and processes. Develop a SharePoint Records Center using retention labels to manage required retention policies, creating, and managing file plans and building simple workflows and processes. Develop solutions that comply with existing security protocols and guidelines. Identify and escalate items that are architecturally significant and thereby affect development design/approach/solution. Engage in consistent and ongoing interactions with customer subject matter experts. Facilitate trainings and education opportunities. Skills: previous experience as a SharePoint Developer/Architect Required 5 Years UI experience Required 3 Years UX experience Required 3 Years developing custom SharePoint solutions Required 3 Years Extensive knowledge using SharePoint Designer and InfoPath Required 3 Years Ability to manage Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance Center Required 3 Years Experience with SharePoint site creation, UI/UX design, document library configuration, view creation, and metadata management Required 3 Years Proficiency with Power Platform Components (PowerApps, Power Automate/Flow, etc), Migration manager, etc. Required 3 Years metadata management Extensive knowledge and experience with Power Platform Components (PowerApps, Power Automate/Flow, Power BI, etc.), Migration manager, etc. Preferred: Required In-depth understanding of SharePoint in a records management, information governance or compliance role ideally with strong Records Management knowhow Highly desired 2 Years In-depth understanding of the Microsoft Azure, Azure Active Directory, and O365 platforms Desired 2 Years BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience Desired 5 Years Exam SC-900: Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals Desired 2 Years Exam MS-500: Microsoft 365 Security Administration Desired 2 Years Exam: Box Certified Professional Desired 2 Years Question for Candidate: Question 1 If hired, does candidate agree to come onsite to Richmond, VA to pick up laptop This is REQUIRED.
