The HRIS Specialist is responsible for supporting the maintenance of the Human Resources Operations applications and tools including the human resources information system (HRIS), compensation system. The HRIS Specialist performs varied Human Resources operations functions related to business continuity programs and identifying process improvement opportunities. Inaddition, the candidate should have a strong database knowledge, including MS SQL server, MS excel, and befamiliarwith the full software design lifecycle. The candidate should have experience in designing, coding, testing and consistently managing applications. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and support core HCM, Compensation, Time Tracking systems. Design andDevelopapplicationsusing Microsoft technologies. Evaluate new software versions, enhancements and plans for upgrades, assist in review and management of bi-annual releases. Develop test strategies as well as execute testing and training. Maintain and support existing HR applications, processes, and integrations. Required: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or another four-year degree with significant IS experience OR equivalent experience. 7+ years of HCM systems support experience. Preferred Workday experience. 7+years of development experience using.NET and MS SQL servertechnologies.
