Position: IT Desktop Systems Admin Location: Providence, RI Duration: 6+ Months Mode of Interview: Phone and Video Job Description: NOTES FROM THE MANAGER We are looking for someone that has Intune experience, packaging, deploying and maintaining applications. The Desktop System Administrator is responsible for developing, testing, improving and maintaining all company end user computing assets. Provide support for Windows endpoints, IGEL endpoints and other company approved peripherals. Create, test, optimize and deploy Windows images using Microsoft Intune and/or other imaging tools Create, test, optimize and deploy IGEL images using UMS Create application packages and deploy enterprise-wide software installs, upgrades and uninstalls via Intune Assist with ticket escalation from the Help Desk for software and hardware issues Maintain software compliance across enterprise endpoints Design, develop, implement, and support all software components enterprise-wide by translating business requirements into usable systems and/or software Document solutions and practices for the Desktop Infrastructure through, flowcharts, diagrams, charts, and code Perform other duties as assigned Keywords: information technology Rhode Island |
