Associate having knowledge on Agile, Kafka and Azure will be added advantage. 5+ years experience of hands-on development in Java working with and building highly responsive and highly scalable web applications Experience in full-stack development, using server Required Skills AEM - Templates and Components, AEM Sites, AEM DevOps Preferred Skills JavaScript Strong HTML CSS Full stack development Roles & Responsibilities Implement new functionality on the AEM platform. Diagnose and solve technical problems related to content management such as search result accuracy, dynamic content linking, image scaling, and personalization Work in an agile team, committing to estimates and delivering within fixed sprints Ensure code is of high quality and adheres to non-functional requirements Follow and contribute to the projects technical best practices and development standards Collaborate with Senior Engineers, Technical Leads & Solutions Architects for aspects related to integrations with other systems. Develop Digital Consumer experiences using Adobes AEM product suite, including AEM Sites, AEM Assets, DAM and Workflows Design efficient content models, security models, workflows, and templates Diagnose and solve technical problems related to content management implementation Conduct code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure optimal code quality and appropriate design patterns are used Participate in project planning sessions with team members to analyze development requirements, provide work breakdown and estimates of work Own and support feature-focused unit and system testing, including features built by other developers on the team, to ensure each project delivers a high-quality application Performs unit testing, implementation, and production application support Participates in troubleshooting problems related to webpage performance & mobile web optimization. Development, Testing, Deployment of new campaigns/integrations and releases Troubleshoot complex problems, gap analysis and process improvement Investigate, resolve, test and deploy incidents as assigned.
