Job Description:- Job Role:- Business Analyst Location :- Midtown Manhattan, NY(Hybrid) Contract The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the US project manager to deliver a successful Workday Finance project for the US businesses. The role encompasses a number of areas from inception to completion of the project and requires an enthusiastic, flexible and experienced resource that is able to work autonomously while remaining connected to a global transformation program. The role will run from September 2023 to September 2024 Primary Responsibilities Requirements capture and traceability matrix to solution Translator between business and Collaborative or other third party vendor Process mapping Process improvement/optimisation Support business test scenario execution as needed Document known defects and evaluate severity to discuss with US PM Data template population and validation Training business users in data requirements Data reconciliation Data cleanse coordination Assist business/IT with drafting business requirements documents Jobs To Be Done (for the next c. 12-24 months) Assist with requirements documentation during Architect & Configure phase Conduct current and future state fit/gap analysis Assist with test management and test execution Support cutover and deployment activities as needed Experience, Knowledge & Skills Required: The role will require stakeholder engagement across multiple geographies and at all levels within the finance function. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in an environment with ambiguity, and the ability to pivot while maintaining stakeholder relationships is essential.
