Client VestMark Job Title UX Designer Location 100% Remote (Boston, MA) Duration 1+ Year No H1B Required Skills: Recent experience in Figma and Miro. Ideal candidate would have helped create a complex financial enterprise product. Must have active portfolio. Job Description: Develop personas; understand usage/users. Develop a CX customer journey plan. Develop a plan to identify UX pain points for each persona. Develop a design system. PTE new development VAST/new portal development Utilize/incorporate MUI library. Consult with development teams on new development; provide wireframes/guidance as needed. Deep design on new projects Deep design on epics/new development Skills - Research: Identify design targets (workstations, clients, browsers, screen resolution) User research - data (SQL, reports, analysis) User research - interviews (user groups, purchased groups, surveys) User research - other tools (observations, eye tools) Evidence of psychology, human-first, empathy based conclusions. Skills - Analysis: Persona development JTBD - Jobs-to-be-done. Journey mapping Information architecture Process mapping User flows Skills - Design System: Figma/Story Book/Design System Prototyping/wireframing UI Theming/colors/typography Controls/responsive design - best practices Bonus: knowledge of MUI controls Skills - Collaboration: Ability to work with Product; understand/discuss roadmaps. Ability to work with Engineering; understand/discuss frameworks, CSS. Ability to work with Architecture; understand information architecture, technology constraints.
