Requirements: Savvy experienced candidate-- 5-10 years of experience Good technical background, understanding nature of complex workflows, dataflows, user convenience Technical performance and efficient workflows to make it easier for users Design workflows, gather requirements, design requirements Work with everyone on both the business side Understand the needs of the business, and technical side Mature Project: Apex project related to chemical program Will be conducting a large feature enhancement-- need to implement the downstream version Industry knowledge would be very helpful Oil and gas would be very useful CSPO and CSM-- this is important, need to know Agile, this is formally rolled out now Trying to move to 100% Agile Vendor communication Could be useful if they come from a technical background.
