COMPLETE JOB DESCRIPTION IS BELOW FOR YOUR REVIEW: Let me know your thoughts: Oracle Fusion Finance/SCM Cloud Techno functional with Data Migration Santa Clara, CA (Day1 Onsite) Oracle Fusion Finance/SCM Cloud Techno functional consultant with strong focus on Data Migration roles with 8+ years of expert domain knowledge covering the R2R,P2P (Optionally O2C). S/he must have been a part of at least 3-5 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance/ERP implementations .The candidate is expected to have 10 to 12 years of expert domain knowledge in Finance/SCM covering the R2R and P2P cycles. The candidate must have expert working experience in 3 or more of these modules along with the Core Finance module Account Payables Account Receivables General Ledger Fixed Assets Subscription Management TCA/Customer In-depth understanding of Finance Cloud business processes and their data flow. The candidate should have been in client-facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement-gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem-solving, influencing and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing and client management. Good leadership capability with strong planning and follow-up skills, mentorship, Work Allocation, monitoring and status updates to Project Manager Assist in identifying, assessing and resolving complex Technical issues/problems with Migration. Interact with client frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC ) Santa Clara, CA (Day1 Onsite) 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Functional Applications with at least 3 end to end Implementation experience along with experience in at least 1 projects as a lead. Expert knowledge on Cloud Finance integrations, but also having the capability of being a technical architect Strong experience with Fusion technologies including HCM Extract & OIC Integration Good technical leadership capability with strong planning and follow up skills, mentorship, Work Allocation, Monitoring and status updates to Project Manager Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex Technical issues/problems.
