From: khushboo, Digital Dhara [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role : Service Now BA Location : Dallas, TX (Remote is fine but look for candidates who have no constraint relocating in future ) Job Description: As a ServiceNow Business Analyst you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and enhancing our clients' IT Service Management, IT Operations, Project portfolio management processes using the ServiceNow platform. Work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and objectives and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions. Expertise in IT Service Management, Operations Management, Asset Management, Project Portfolio management processes will be critical in designing and implementing best practices to drive efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with clients to understand their IT Service Management requirements, IT Operations Management processes, and pain points. Lead process workshops and client demos Process Analysis : Evaluate existing ITSM processes and identify areas for improvement and automation. Solution Design : Collaborate with ServiceNow Architect and Process teams to design comprehensive ServiceNow solutions that address clients' needs. Project planning : Document development backlog stories, Acceptance criterial and work with cross functional for sprint planning for release management Documentation : Create detailed documentation of requirements, process flows, and system configurations. Testing and Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow solutions to ensure they meet the specified requirements and function correctly. Create Test cases based on document use cases for successful User Acceptance Test. Training and Support : Provide training and support to end-users and ensure a smooth transition to new ITSM processes. Continuous Improvement : Stay up to date with ServiceNow best practices and industry trends to suggest ongoing improvements and optimizations. Work with cross functional team to perform process audits and identify the potential process improvement and lead the customer meeting for Service Improvement plans. Additional responsibilities : Create and maintain issue logs, schedule meetings, and take meeting minutes (when needed). Preferred Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices and ITIL framework.
