Job Title : Dynamic 365 Consultant- Production/Manufacturing Location: 100% remote, USA Duration : Long term contract position Job Description :- We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing/Production Consultant to join our team. This role involves hands-on configuration of Dynamics 365 ERP Manufacturing modules and providing support for clients during the implementation of Dynamics 365 ERP solutions. The Senior Consultant will actively contribute to enhancing operational metrics, developing business cases, and measuring performance. Building strong client relationships within the scope of their role is a key aspect of this position, which may require up to 50% travel. Responsibilities: 1. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. 2. Practical Business Solutions: Successfully implement practical business solutions using industry best practices. 3. Dynamics 365 ERP Manufacturing Modules: Facilitate the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 ERP Manufacturing modules. 4. Configuration and Testing: Design, configure, and conduct testing for core Dynamics 365 ERP Manufacturing modules. 5. Business Requirements: Collaborate with customers to comprehend their business requirements and conduct gap analysis. 6. Functional Documentation: Translate requirements into functional specifications and functional design documents. 7. Effective Communication: Communicate effectively through various mediums and with stakeholders at all organizational levels. Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of experience in Dynamics 365 ERP Manufacturing. Minimum of 4 years of experience in Dynamics 365 ERP implementations. Minimum of involvement in 3 full lifecycle Dynamics 365 ERP implementations, spanning from analysis to deployment. Minimum of 8 years of industry and/or consulting experience. Certification in Dynamics 365 ERP Manufacturing or Lean. Certification in at least one other Dynamics 365 ERP module, or attainment of certification within the first 90 days of employment. Strong industry experience within Manufacturing. Expert knowledge of industry-specific best practices. Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills. Strong customer relationship management skills. Ability to establish priorities and work independently. Desired Qualifications: Previous experience with D365. Bachelors or Master's degree in MIS, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field. Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Master Certification. Microsoft Sure Step Certification. Experience with other Dynamics 365 ERP Modules. Familiarity with Dynaway Blue, ATOS, or Seeburger. APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
