This role will lead Change Control, Sprint Scheduling, along with Deployment Monitoring and Release Management. The role requires strong understanding of developing complex automation, object models and configurations to support business as it grows and evolves. The role provides strategic insight around application methodologies related to CRM, governance and general knowledge on Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. Configure, design, ensure functionality, and provide end-user support for the platform. Gain and leverage a solid understanding of the business needs and processes. Work with other administrators to configure and maintain best-practice architecture, custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, triggers, custom workflows, approval processes, installed packages within Salesforce. Manage the integration of applications connected to Salesforce. Will lead or coordinate activities with team members and business partners across multiple locations globally. Generate source to target mappings, document data business rules, and create data model requirements for projects. Troubleshoot identified issues in Salesforce.com, finding solutions to help resolve the root cause of reported issues and/or provide additional instruction to the users. Define problems or limitations across the businesses, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Requires ability to develop good working relationships with business sponsors, business partners, technical staff and external resources. Create needed declarative automations and configurations such as creating complex visual workflows, validation rules, and lightning flows. Proficient at setting up Security and Sharing models at object, field and record level for distinctive users with different lines of business and familiarity with Permission Sets and Profiles, Sharing Rules and Forecasting. Skills and Experience Requirements: 7+ years of Salesforce BA experience Salesforce Certified Administrator certification Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Experience in design/ implementation of automation solutions Demonstrated ability to facilitate large groups across multiple disciplines Proficiency with custom objects, validation rules, formulas, workflows, process builders, Lightning flows, approval processes and the Salesforce security model. Experience with regular day-to-day deployments.
