Desired Skills: o Knowledge of Tax system o FIS ALLTEL/SYSTEMATICS application knowledge (TX, IM, ST, AM, RM, SC, HX and GN) o ITSM (Incident, Release, Change) o Serena ChangeMan Deployment tool o IBM OnDemand Admin or working knowledge. o GoAnywhere working knowledge desired.
