Position: Tier 1 M365 Support Technician

Location : REMOTE

Experience:10+

Roles and Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking
assistance with M365 applications.

Address basic issues related to the suite's applications,
from Exchange to OneNote.

Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques.

Direct unresolved M365 issues to Tier 2 support.

Document user interactions and solutions in support logs.

Maintain updated knowledge on all deployed M365 services.

Qualifications:

Over 8 years of experience in M365 or related software
support.

Familiarity with the full range of M365 applications.

Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.

Strong communication skills.
