Job Description - JOB TITLE: Solutions Architect Senior Duration: 6+ months Location: Remote Visa: USC/GC MOI: Webcam MUST HAVE : We need someone with 9+ years of exp,4-5 yr Healthcare experience is mandatory Required skills: EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field required. Master's degree preferred. LICENSING/CERTIFICATION SAFe, ITIL, or TOGAF certifications preferred. Minimum three (3) Salesforce certifications equivalent to following: Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) - Global Knowledge, SAFe (SSM) - Scrum Master - Applied Frameworks EXPERIENCE Healthcare experience is a top priority. Minimum seven (7) years' Enterprise solution architecture, technical systems architecture and design (applications, infrastructure and data). If Master's degree, minimum five (5) years' related experience. Minimum seven (7) years' progressive experience leading continuous improvement efforts, evaluating existing systems and implementing process improvements. If Master's degree, minimum five (5) years' related experience. Minimum three (3) years experience in cloud-based technologies, including experience with platform technologies (such as Salesforce) and CCaaS platforms required. Minimum two (2) years' leadership experience in driving Agile teams required. SAFe experience preferred. Minimum two (2) years experience in Product taxonomy and working in a Product-oriented environment. In-depth knowledge of Cloud-native technologies and Edge computing. In-depth knowledge of Business, Data, Technology, Security and Information Systems architecture, including MASA (Mesh app & service architecture), microservices and event-driven architecture. Expert-level knowledge of various backend development languages like Java, C#, Asp.net, Angular or other national-leading development languages. Expert-level knowledge of various database technologies like Azure Data Bricks, Snowflake, SQL Server, MongoDB, DB2, Oracle or other national-leading DBMS. Expert knowledge of event driven architecture and enabling technologies including Kafka. Expert-level knowledge of various frontend web development languages like JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Expert-level knowledge of various aspects of a technology architecture including integration, networking and security Expert-level knowledge of financial funding models and budgeting Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (including Scaled agile software development/SAFe, DevSecOps and rapid prototyping). Understanding and knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). Knowledge of different architectural modeling tools (such as UML and ArchiMate), including the creation and maintenance of architectural artifacts. Solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes. Excellent understanding of application development methodologies as well as infrastructure and network architecture. Minimum three (3) years' development experience and understanding of database design using Azure Data Bricks, MongoDB, SQL Server, DB2, Oracle or other nationally-leading DBMS preferred. ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS Conduct research into ABCBS use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements Experience with release management, source control, and deployment technologies such as CI/CD pipelines, Metadata API, and integration services Experience with cross-cloud Salesforce (SFDC) implementations integrated with other cloud and on-premise systems Experience on leading Salesforce Center of Excellence activities, Operating and Governance Model Awareness of SFDC platform-specific design considerations such as large data volumes, allocation limits, and data migration Own the design of ABCBS Salesforce Ecosystem and (optionally) other affiliated solutions for Sales, Service, and platform solutions Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch. Strong practical deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and Salesforce.com s-controls.
