Job Description: Experience with Cash Management/ Tax Compliance/ Activate/ S4 Hana is required. Experience & Skill Requirements: - Minimum 5+ years of SAP FI/CO End to End Implementation with strong Controlling (CO) experience in at least two implementation projects. - Minimum 2+ years of SAP S/4HANA Conversion and/or implementation experience. - Rich experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. Simple Finance is a must. Nice to have Tax Compliance and Cash Management experience. - SAP FI/CO skills to include but not limited to, General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, accruals, cash journal, inventory accounting, tax accounting, financial statements, valuations, depreciation, month end closing, year-end closing, Cost element accounting, cost center accounting, activity-based accounting, internal orders, product cost controlling, COPA, profit center accounting etc. - Experience in utilizing SAP Best Practices to meet client business requirements in SAP FICO area. Good integration knowledge/experience between SAP FICO and other relevant SAP modules like HR and logistics modules SD/LE, MM/WM, PP/QM . - Exposure to SAP S4HANA for Consumer Products experience preferred. - Experience in implementations per SAP ASAP and/or SAP Activate methodologies - Extensive experience in facilitating design workshops, analysis, process mapping, configuration, testing, training, go live and support cycles. - Experience in preparing Design Workshop presentations, Business Blueprint or Functional Design Documents and Functional Specifications. - Experience in Data Migration strategies and execution . Extensive experience in working on development requirements like reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows. Outbound and Inbound ALE/EDI communications. - Results driven, team oriented, adaptable to different client situations and quick in learning new skills and methods. - Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal skills and is good at problem solving.
