Title: Sr. Engineer- Digital Analytics Location: Chevy Chase, MD or Remote Duration: Long Time Daily Responsibilities: Effectively Participate in daily scrum activities to provide the status update, blocker, and plan for the day. Plan and organize the daily follow ups/reviews internally within the team and customers to provide the solutions, response, status and dependencies. Develop implementation solution design and plan for the given business requirement and develop code and testing strategy to meet the requirement. Provide guidance and counselling to customers and team as needed throughout the project. Review requirement, code with team and upon customer sign off , prepare the deployment plan. Out of box thinking to solve the daily Tagging and reporting issues. Monitor the alerts and triage and troubleshoot the reporting, tagging and data issues, provide the solution in the timely manner and preventative measures to avoid them from happening in future. Required Skills/Experience: 5 Year Strong Experience in analytics solution design, configuration, and technical implementation of custom tracking solutions using TMS like Launch, GTM or Tealium. Hands-on Experience with JavaScript and regular expressions for creating tags and custom tracking code within a tag management platform Understanding of mobile development technologies (iOS and Android) and analytics SDKs. Experience with SQL, stored procedure using big query or DBVisualizer and/or similar tools to access data in Snowflake (Enterprise Data Platform). Ability to design and implement the Data and technical design solutions for various business data need scenarios. Experience with working in the Agile development process and methodology. Experience with manual and automated test processes and strategies using ObservePoint tool. Familiarity with creation of data layer specifications and TMS rules for best practice implementation of site and media analytics tracking while reducing page complexity and improving performance Ability to support multiple stakeholders/projects simultaneously and work in a very fast-paced environment Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including communicating technical issues to non-technical audiences is desired Desired Skills/Experience: Knowledge of Insurance Industrys applications knowledge, especially for the Sales, Claim, Service, Mobile apps.
