Job Title Cryptographic Services Specialist Location Remote Duration long term Job Description Ideal background: PGP, experience in web based systems and certifications space experience. they do key and certificate management to make sure services stay secure and safe. Data protection in cyber, specifically cryptoservices program PKI certificatess will be good to have not doing a ton of development, but need to have skills and mindset to use system and run the scripts; will be on the phone with customers and need to be able to assist them TOP SKILLS: certificate and key management, customer engagement, process management, github o *there will b e lots of customer followup, going through data flows etc prefers to see software engineers w devops experience, most of work is in pipelines already these people are helping with surge projects; first is a data remediation effort. then in Q1 next year is is a self sign certificate remediation effort; doing consultations, importing new kets/certs, data tracking, answering questions etc. NEED TO HAVE MIN 1 YEAR OF CRYPTOGRAPHY EXPERIENCE; need to understand how keys and certs work on their systems day to day: monitoring internal slack channels and assisting customers. also holding office hours so c1 associates can join and ask questions. will also do work importing keys and certs. ig piece of the role is technical understanding, then having customer engagement experience to walk customers through what they need to do.
