Qualifications: GLIDER ASSESSMENT REQUIRED - EnterpriseSalesforce Solution Vlocity (Senior Level) Bachelors Degree in IT, IS, or related fieldOR 6 years of experience with at least 3 years in IT will be considered in lieuof a degree 2-6 years of professional experience workingin a Business Analyst role for the design, development, and implementation oflarge-scale solutions Experience with data migration projectspreferably (Salesforce, Contract lifecycle management(CLM) etc.) Must have Salesforce experience (either yearsof experience or certifications) 3 years of experience with designing andimplementing CRM solutions from start to finish, including the creation ofbusiness requirements and other formal documentation 3 years depth of functional (productmanagement) knowledge and subject matter (analytics frameworks, growthengineering) experience as well as a proven track record in organizations ofvarying sizes 3 years of reporting and data analysis ofvarying levels of complexity using MS Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, Tableau CRM, andother data analysis and reporting tools. 3 years of experience in various Salesforceclouds - Service cloud, sales cloud, health cloud, Marketing Cloud, and/orvlocity involving integrations (Mulesoft) and customization 3 years of experience working within theagile (scrum/kanban) delivery methodologies 1 year of experience with implementing andcustomizing AppExchange products Drives assigned tasks to completion withintarget deadlines. Approaches tasks in an analytical manner andfocuses on defining a solution to the root need of the task. Excellent communication skills (written andverbal) to clearly articulate technical solutions to non-technical staff. Experience in facilitating meetings andpresenting to technical and non-technical staff. A collaborative mindset with the ability towork in team environment, but also self-motivated to produce results withminimal direction. Ability to form working relationships withgroups of people from varied backgrounds, experience, and education levels. Prior healthcare experience preferred Responsibilities: Research Salesforce.com capabilities andthird-party strategic technology solutions, following corporate strategy andbusiness requirements; perform gap analysis and aim for greater businessimpact. Build Salesforce solutions on Sales Cloud,Health cloud, Service Cloud and other instances Solution end to end Salesforce solutions usingConfiguration and Customization Understand Salesforce security and apply theOrganization-Wide Default, sharing patterns, profiles or permissions to applications Model data structures following the existingschema and naming convention. Apply standard methodologies and experience tobuild Salesforce.com applications Automate business processes using Salesforceautomation tools, such as Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow,Assignment Rules and email Alerts Build knowledge of integrations betweenSalesforce and external applications using REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth/SAML.
