(Day-1 Onsite| 3 days Onsite & 2 Days remote) Job Description: Must have: Migration with AWS, DB2, Postgres sql Sybase to PostgreSQL migration project (On perm in linux server red hat not on cloud) - multiple databases, we use inspirer tool to migrate schema from Sybase to PostgreSQL. DMS to migrate data. Any db to PostgreSQL is fine. Hands on knowledge in PostgreSQL Experience to store procedure and triggers migration. What tool they used for PostgreSQL schema migration In that tool, where do you provide source/target details and what details you give. What information you enter for migrating data (for example in DMS migration task, source, and target end points) If there is performance issue, from where you will find which query is causing the issue and from where you will fetch that query. Unix/Linux experience experience in installation in unix environment, backup, restore. How do you start Postgre store procedure difficulties in current project and how it was handled. python knowledge will be added advantage.
