The primary skills needed are: 

Need UX writers that are great at microcopy Need to write information in forms and documents. Writing the ERROR messages in the UI is also a big part of the responsibilities. 

75% of the time the candidate will be working on revising existing content. 25% of the time, they will work on creating new content. 

A big part of the role is collaboration with the Product Designers to make sure the project is aligned to the content strategy. 

Candidates are expected to collaborate with other content strategists.   

We use Confluence for document repository. Good for someone to have background/experience with Confluence.   

A big nice to have is Figma experience

Ideal candidate will have good ability to communicate in as little as possible (short form text/Microcopy) and still get an idea across.

Qualification:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in content strategy, with a strong emphasis on UX writing, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry.

Impressive portfolio showcasing both content strategy and UX writing samples.

Proficient in both written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Exceptional project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Utilize data-driven insights, including A/B testing, to continuously improve content effectiveness and drive higher user engagement.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to create user-centric, engaging copy that enhances the overall user experience.

Craft and optimize microcopy, instructional text, and other UX elements to facilitate intuitive user interactions.
