Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SQL Database Administrator (DBA) Architect with proficiency in Azure to join our team. As an SQL DBA Architect, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our SQL databases hosted on Azure, ensuring their performance, security, and scalability. Key Responsibilities: SQL Database Management: Take ownership of our SQL databases, including schema design, data modeling, and database administration tasks. Azure: Leverage Azure services to maintain, monitor, and optimize SQL databases effectively. Performance Tuning: Continuously monitor and fine-tune database performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks or issues. Query Optimization: Analyze and optimize SQL queries for efficiency and speed. Security: Implement and manage database security policies and access controls to protect sensitive data. Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain database backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation related to database configurations, procedures, and best practices.
