The role will assist the EBS finance team with the build activity for Central finance for replication of data from source to target system ( both source and target are SAP systems) Job Duties: Provide exceptional service to technology and business partners. Ensure consistency and quality in design, building and delivery. Use advanced knowledge of applications to provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving highly complex testing challenges. Follow all Newmont processes and procedures. Must exhibit excellent organizational skills, communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude Mandatory Skills: 10+ years of experience in FICO and in addition 5 years of experience in implementing Central finance projects Strong knowledge in S/4HANA Finance and/or Central Finance road-mapping, differences between software version releases and new innovations that are brought in in each Central Finance releases The resource will be highly knowledgeable with required SAP Central Finance product module/suite business processes, navigation mechanics, and configuration requirements and integration with other modules. Specific skills in Central finance replication: - Source and Target system transformation steps expert level - CFIN IMG configuration expert level - Mapping in target system for all transformation objects expert level - Initial load and configuring, managing transition of data and troubleshooting expert level - Clear understanding of SLT and being able to provide requirements for SLT technical team - Helping in technical reconciliation of balances with business between source and target system - Fixed assets replication for Central Finance expert level - Project system replication for Central Finance expert level - Mapping of EAM, P2P modules into Central finance - Experience in designing for proper set up for clearing processes Experience in Functionally architecting solutions Experience in writing functional specs Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and work on multiple projects simultaneously Stakeholder Management & Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Planning and Co-ordination skills Desired Skills: SAP S4 HANA version 2022 finance and controlling module expert SAP S4 HANA 2022 CENTRAL FINANCE Assignment Length Initially through 01/31/2024.
