Position: Workday Test Lead Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months Experience: 2-8yrs Note: Please do not submit CPT & OPT Job Description: Responsible for creating the testing plan and facilitating the gathering of testing scenarios / use cases. Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary. Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns. Ensures entry and exit criteria are met for each testing phase/cycle. Provide testing dashboard reports on the % completion, defect count and aging, etc. Good to have skills: Experience with highly complex integrations preferably between HR, Payroll and Finance Experience with a test automation tool Experience in Integrations Exposure to Mulesoft, Dell Boomi and other tools used as Integration middleware Must have skills Workday testing experience in at least 2 end-to-end deployments for Workday HCM, with at least two programs as Test Lead / Coordinator. Strong experience in coordinating with multiple stake holders like business testers, development team members, 3rd party/external vendor stakeholders, etc. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong experience in planning and managing the activities of a test plan. Strong Workday understanding especially BPs, Datasets, calc fields, integration types, HSPII, etc. Keywords: rlang golang |
