No-H1B Business Analyst responsible for supporting the Technology PMO in developing the PMO processes, assist in prioritizing deployment of PMO capabilities, producing reports and metrics to improve these processes, analyzing relevant data and associated documentation. The suitable candidate will assist in assessing, designing, and planning the implementation and optimization of the Technology PMO. Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for documenting existing and future workflows Conduct Gap Analysis on current and future workflows to identify areas for improvement Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and adherence to standards Consult with various stakeholder groups to identify issues and obstacles to effective project implementation Identify, design and implement metrics to project, program and portfolio performance designed to provide transparency across the organization Develop improvement plans in collaboration with PMO team Develop requirements for current and new workflows Author and maintain documentation including workflows, task descriptions, methods and job aids Develop plans and lead teams responsible for implementing identified improvements Conduct meetings with stakeholders to provide status on development and implementation plans Conduct meetings and workshops to identify process improvements Perform other duties related to business analysis as needed Preferred Skills and Experience Demonstrated proficiency in process mapping, business process improvement and project management. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and needs. Demonstrated proficiency in developing and designing metrics. Experience analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement Experience in gathering User Requirements and Needs Assessment. Demonstrated proficiency in Data Visualization. Experience in developing Analytics Reports and Dashboards. Intermediate to Advanced skills in Visio, Excel, Tableau or PowerBI and SQL. Experience documenting value streams, user requirements and job aids 10 years of Business Analyst experience. 5+ years of experience in an IT environment as a Business Analyst. Business Analyst certification (PMI, IIBA, other) is preferred. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.
