Passport Number Mandatory Skills: Data modeler, SQL, Spark, Python, ERWIN 15+ years of related experience and 5+ years of data modeling experience in the asset management Industry Must to have - Prior recent Financial Domain or Asset Management experience Experience working Data modeling tools with ERWIN or similar tool. Modeling techniques (normalization, star schemas, data vault, or 3NF). Experience designing an Enterprise Data Model for Asset management industry. SQL, Spark, Python Ready to work individually and in a team in Agile set up Great communication skills Build and maintain logical and physical data models for Enterprise. Build and maintain conceptual data model to identify key business entities and visualize their relationships. Create documentation of solution design, as well as end user training and change management communications at times. Understand and translate business needs into data models supporting strategic solutions. Work with the Application Development team to implement data strategies, build data flows and develop conceptual data models. Develop best practices for standard naming conventions and coding practices to ensure consistency of data models. Recommend opportunities for reuse of data models in new environments. Perform reverse engineering of physical data models from disparate databases and SQL scripts. Evaluate data models and physical databases for variances and discrepancies. Validate business data objects for accuracy and completeness. Develop data models according to company standards. Perform data profiling/analysis activities that help to establish, modify and maintain data models. Communicate physical database designs and dba and explain features that may affect the physical data model. Regularly engage and consult stakeholders on solving business problems through data, guiding the conversation rather than following orders.
