Please review our job opening below and kindly send us the updated resume ASAP along with the details of consultants; Please add [email protected] in your distribution list Title: Project Manager Location: Bolingbrook, IL Duration: 12+ Months Description Job Description: Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases for digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan Experience in Agile development methodology / Scrum process Job Details: Must Have Skills Project Manager Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions Nice to have skills 10+ years of experience in developing ecommerce solutions and applications Prepare the long term ecommerce strategic plans and implement them in the ecommerce architecture Detailed Job Description Project Planning Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, task assignments, and risk assessment. Project Execution Lead project teams in the successful execution of project plans. Monitor progress, manage resources, and ensure timely completion of project milestones. Proactively identify and address any issues or obstacles that may impact project delivery. Certifications Needed :No Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute Experience in Agile development methodology Scrum process Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision in an atmosphere of multiple projects and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
