Scheduled Work Hours:35 hours/week Assignment Start Date:Immediate start Duration of Contract:7 months Due Date:10/18/22; 5:00PM SCOPE OF SERVICES Tasks: Design and develop test plans for testing the APIs, microservices and their configurations that have been built for this project Develop integration tests to cover the automated testing of API applications within a cloud environment Create clear, well-documented and modular automation test suites Ensure that components are tested as per design documents and test results are captured in AzDOTestplans Contribute to runbook documentation for testing API microservice applications Develop and configure CI/CD/CT automation processes to ensure rapid automation testing of API applications Participate in brainstorming sessions and group activities to determine new solutions and ideas to optimize our testing procedures Promote an environment that supports collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement Establish and maintain strong relationships with our clients, team members, and other OTI teams Mandatory Skills/Experience At least 8 years of overallsoftware testing experience At least 7 years ofQA Automation experiencewith programming languages/frameworks such asJava and Selenium Web driver. 5+ years of API microservice applications testing usingSoap UI/Ready API 3+ years of solid hands-on experience withAzure and/or AWS and knowledge of various cloud services Understanding of API Gateways, proxies, and concepts of securing API endpoints (e.g., rate limiting, API tokens) Experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL) and no-SQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases. Experience with Git, Azure DevOps Pipelinesor equivalent CI/CD tools A team player with excellent communication skills, both written and oral, interpersonal, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability to work with customers and other non-technical end users on complex issues Has a high degree of responsibility and can work as an independent contributor to accomplish program goals.
