Additional information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested, to guarantee the Client that the candidate submitted, interviewing and showing up for work is one and the same Requirements: Availability to work 100% of the time at the Clients site in Tallahassee, FL (required); Programming / systems analysis experience; Experience working closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand and document business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions; Experience aligning these solutions with business and IT strategies and complying with the organizations architectural standards; Experience in the full systems life cycle and is responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting applications software that is delivered on time and within budget; Experience making recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code; Experience participating in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, product evaluation and buy vs. build recommendations; Experience in systems analysis, design and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies; Experience using modern development technologies like .Net, Java, Oracle, and SQL Server (preferred); Experience in data integration and/or interface communication between systems (preferred); Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field, or 5 years equivalent work experience.
