We do have opening for our client, Role : Embedded Penetration Tester, Location : San Jose, CA Duration : Long-Term Contract Responsibilities Plan and execute targeted security assessments on embedded devices, systems, and applications. Develop and implement exploit proof-of-concept code for both attacking and defending embedded systems. Use your detailed knowledge of embedded systems and networking protocols to find potential vulnerabilities that may be missed by other testers. Review and assess firmware, network protocols, and hardware designs to help identify security weaknesses. Create detailed reports outlining penetration testing results and provide recommendations for clients. Work closely with other members of the team to analyze and design secure solutions. Stay up to date with the latest embedded security trends and techniques to ensure that our clients' networks and systems remain secure Requirements: Bachelors degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or related field 8 years of experience in embedded penetration testing and security assessments Strong knowledge of embedded systems, networking protocols, and hardware architectures Extensive experience with security testing software and tools (e.g., Kali Linux, Nmap, Metasploit, Burp Suite, etc.) Experience with firmware analysis and reverse engineering In-depth knowledge of software and hardware security principles, protocols, and technologies Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
