We have an opening for the position of Incident Management - Orlando, FL (Onsite)  Contract position for our clients, Kindly read the job description and let me know your interest.

Job Description:

To provide the Monitoring and Event Management Services, Supplier may use the MVWS-provided Tools specified in the inventory list and deploy any additional Supplier-provided Tools needed to provide the proposed MEM Services and establish a remote operations center from which it will perform 24x7x365 monitoring, event correlation, and event validation activities. MVWS is open to assessing Supplier-provided Tool(s) to enhance MEM functionality.

In addition to monitoring and event management, Supplier will review Tickets generated from automated polling, traps, and alarms, and close Tickets generated as a result of false positives, and assign validated Tickets to the appropriate resolver queue in MVWS IT Service Management System (Cherwell). As part of the ticket assignment, the supplier will be responsible for using Standard Operating Procedures to determine the appropriate priority of the ticket for tickets created by monitoring events. For higher priority tickets (defined in Requirements and SOPs) the supplier is responsible for providing managers to execute the Incident Response Bridge procedures and all communications Standard Operating Procedures (Major Incident Managers). These managers have the same accountability when contacted by the Service Desk with high priority tickets. Supplier will be responsible for providing any additional Tools required in addition to the MVWS monitoring Tool suite, configuring all monitors, and managing interfaces between the monitoring Tool and the MVWS IT Service Management System.
