This person will need to start immediately. Work schedule 4 days a week (M-Thurs) Mandatory Skills: Experience in ServiceNow development, integration, and implementation in the government sector. ServiceNow Administrator Certification A minimum of five years experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, supporting the ServiceNow platform. Hands on experience with implementation of CMDB, Resource Manager/Time Sheet Portal, Project Management modules and reporting/dashboard creation. Analytical problem-solving abilities, proactive/positive team player, resourceful, innovative. Documenting technical requirements, creating project plans, and monitoring progress using Service-Now. Experience in systems analysis, design, and programming required. Demonstrates professional organization, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively with external stakeholders as well as internal staff. Hands-on experience developing both technical and user-friendly communications.
